Very Bad Experience – 24-01-2026
I visited this shop on 24-01-2026 and had a very bad experience.
When I entered the shop, one of the representatives (the name on his shirt appeared to be Krishna) came in from outside while having something in his mouth. The other staff were busy with different customers, so I waited at the end of the shop.
When I politely asked him to show me a watch, he looked at me as if he was annoyed that I had come into the shop. I clearly told him I wanted to buy a watch for myself, but his attitude felt like he didn’t want to attend me at all and was indirectly telling me to leave.
When he handed me a watch to check, he immediately said, “Don’t touch the watch like this,” in a rude and aggressive manner. From start to end, his facial expressions and behavior showed anger and irritation instead of basic customer service.
After I selected a watch, he informed me that they accept cash only. When I asked where the nearest ATM was, he angrily replied, “Go and find it yourself.”
The most important issue was the price. The price he quoted was much higher than the actual retail price (not wholesale). After leaving the shop, I checked the same watch at another store and confirmed that he was trying to overcharge me by a large amount.
Overall, the staff behavior was rude, unprofessional, and dishonest.
Please be careful, everyone. I do not recommend this shop
